The angles which occupy the same relative position at each intersection where a straight line crosses two others. If the two lines are parallel, the corresponding angles are equal. When two lines are crossed by another line (which is called the Transversal), the angles in matching corners are called corresponding angles. Corresponding Angles Axiom: If a transversal intersects two parallel lines, then each pair of corresponding angles are equal. Converse of Corresponding Angles Axiom: If a transversal intersects two lines such that a pair of corresponding angles is equal, then two lines are parallel to each other. |

To Prove: MN PQ at the point B.
Proof: PQ || RS and MN is a transversal, therefore
